Take the M5 South from Bristol to Exeter where you join the A30. Stay on this all the way to Penzance. Follow signs to Penzance promenade and turn right at the mini roundabout into Alexandra Road. Mennaye Road is the second road on the right and Glencree House is on the right hand side.
